ACCOUNTABILITY POLICY: All clients, regardless of membership or package status, are subject to No-Call/No-Show ($25) and Late Cancellation fees ($10 for class package users, $20 for monthly members) for cancellations within 12 hours from class start time. These actions will also result in the loss of the class from your package, and clients will be unable to book further classes until their fees are paid.
