The people behind your movement journey. Each instructor brings their own style, energy, and passion to help you move stronger, feel better, and show up as your best self.
I teach classical Pilates as it was originally designed, helping clients build confidence, strength, and a deeper understanding of their bodies.
I bring a classical foundation to every session, while adding my own flow and style to keep it fresh and challenging. I stay committed to learning through ongoing seminars and retreats, always looking for new ways to grow and support my clients.
I love creating Reformer classes that feel fun, challenging, and approachable for all levels. While I enjoy teaching contemporary flows, I’ll always have a soft spot for the advanced classical order—Jack Knife is my favorite move and probably my secret party trick.
My classes focus on low-impact, high-energy workouts that challenge your body while being kind to your joints. I’m passionate about creating a supportive space where clients feel motivated to push past their limits and leave class feeling proud and strong
My goal is to help others experience that same joy. Whether you’re brand new, part of the 60+ community, or navigating pregnancy, cancer recovery, or osteoporosis, I’ll meet you where you are and help you feel supported and strong.
Ky’s teaching style features dynamic transitions and thoughtfully designed flows, offering variations to ensure every student feels engaged and successful. Her goal is to create an inclusive space where all students can thrive.
My teaching style blends classical flow and deep core work, helping people move with strength and control. Around the studio, they call me “Teaser Tina” because I love a good challenge and cheering you on when you find that extra bit of strength.
With over 20 years as a registered nurse and as a certified yoga instructor, I’m passionate about using movement and breath to support long-term health.
I lead beginner-friendly classical Pilates classes bright and early at 6am, creating a calm, supportive space to start your day with strength and intention. My goal is to help new clients build confidence and enjoy the benefits of a consistent practice.
At the studio, I teach Reformer and strength classes with a results-driven approach and create our progressive overload strength programs. I also offer one-on-one personal training for clients who want focused support.
I bring energy and a real love for movement to every class I teach. With over 15 years as a dance instructor and a background in personal training, I focus on blending form, function, and fun in a way that meets you where you are.
I bring over seven years of experience in barre, mat Pilates, and group fitness, blending energy, precision, and care into every class.
With years of experience in group fitness and training, Megan has always valued the power of movement—but after tearing her ACL, it took on even deeper meaning. She discovered TruFit during her recovery and instantly felt it was a place she could grow. Not originally from the area, she took a leap, rerooted her life, and now proudly calls TruFit home.
As owner, Megan is passionate about creating a welcoming, down to earth space where people feel supported, seen, and proud of what their bodies can do, because movement is about so much more than the workout. TruFit has been part of Phoenixville for over a decade, and Megan is focused on growing it and continuing its legacy with intention and heart.
