Absolutely. We welcome all experience levels. Our beginner classes and private sessions are a great way to start feeling confident and supported in your movement journey.

I’ve never done Pilates or strength training before. Can I still join?

Just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Grippy socks are required for Pilates classes, and water is always a good idea. We’ll take care of the rest.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

If you cancel 12 hours before your scheduled class or no-show, a fee is automatically charged. Members will be charged $30, and class packs & drop-ins will be charged $15. We get that life happens — if you think you were charged in error or have a unique situation, reach out to us. We’re always happy to take a look and handle it with care.
