MEGAN GILLESPIE

I bring over seven years of experience in barre, mat Pilates, and group fitness, blending energy, precision, and care into every class. My teaching style combines functional movement with a little HIIT-inspired fun to help you feel strong, supported, and challenged.

After recovering from an ACL tear, I saw firsthand how powerful movement can be for healing. That journey led me to TruFit—first as a client, now as the owner—where my mission is to create a space where everyone feels strong, supported, and truly seen.

Outside the studio, I love cooking, skiing, hanging with my pup Olive, and cheering on the Eagles with my family.

I fell in love with movement six years ago and found my place at TruFit through its supportive community. Since then, I’ve deepened my passion for both strength training and Pilates, helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

At the studio, I teach Reformer and strength classes with a results-driven approach and create our progressive overload strength programs. I also offer one-on-one personal training for clients who want focused support.

Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me with an iced latte in hand, hanging with my two pups, and watching a Philly game with my husband.

I’ve been part of the TruFit community since 2010 and have called Phoenixville home for over 20 years. What began as a personal passion for Pilates has grown into a new chapter as I work toward my full certification and share this practice with others.

My teaching style blends classical flow and deep core work, helping people move with strength and control. Around the studio, they call me “Teaser Tina” because I love a good challenge and cheering you on when you find that extra bit of strength.

Outside the studio, I’m a proud mom of three and dog mom to two pups. Pilates has made a huge impact in my life, and I hope to help you feel that too.

I’ve been practicing both contemporary and classical Pilates for over six years and am certified through Balanced Body. I love creating Reformer classes that feel fun, challenging, and approachable for all levels. While I enjoy teaching contemporary flows, I’ll always have a soft spot for the advanced classical order—Jack Knife is my favorite move and probably my secret party trick.

Outside the studio, I work with autistic kids and love exploring new places around the world. Traveling and Pilates pretty much sum me up, and honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

After 33 years in education and 17 years as a Director of IT, I retired but found myself drawn back to teaching—this time through Pilates. My love of learning and movement led me to earn my Peak Pilates certification and complete Level 5 training with Beth Downey.

I teach classical Pilates as it was originally designed, helping clients build confidence, strength, and a deeper understanding of their bodies. Outside the studio, you’ll find me reading a classic novel (Virginia Woolf is my favorite) or spending time with my two Maltese pups, Angel and Maggie.

I hold a 450-hour Comprehensive Certification from Drexel Pilates and love blending classical Pilates with thoughtful, contemporary variations. My goal is to help people feel strong, clear, and connected in their bodies so they can move through life with confidence and ease.

I’m a classically trained Pilates instructor with 15 years of experience, certified through Body Precision in Villanova. I began my journey as a student and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the practice, especially the strength and simplicity of Mat Pilates.

I bring a classical foundation to every session, while adding my own flow and style to keep it fresh and challenging. I stay committed to learning through ongoing seminars and retreats, always looking for new ways to grow and support my clients.

What I love most is helping people connect with their breath, build strength, and move with more awareness. I’ll always be a student of Joseph Pilates and continue to be inspired by the heart of his work.
