Pilates meets you where you are. Our approach helps you move in a way that feels right for your body while building strength, confidence, and control.
You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or have it all figured out. You just need a place to start—and we’re here for that.
At TruFit, we offer a range of Pilates formats designed to meet you where you are. Whether you're brand new, returning after time away, or ready to take your practice further, there’s a class that fits.
Each format—Reformer, Mat, Tower, and Chair—offers something unique. Some are slower and more supportive, others more strength-focused and dynamic. All of them are built to help you feel stronger, more connected, and confident in your body.

Reformer Pilates uses spring-based resistance and a moving carriage to work your whole body. It improves posture, core strength, and coordination.
It’s low-impact but super effective. Every move can be adjusted, so it works for all levels—whether you’re just starting out, recovering, or ready for more challenge.
A full-body workout that builds strength, balance, and flexibility. You’ll move lying down, seated, kneeling, or standing on the machine.
Mat Pilates uses bodyweight movement and simple props to build core strength, stability, and mobility.
It’s accessible, effective, and doesn’t require equipment. Just your body and focus. A great place to start or come back to.
A slower, core-focused workout that builds control and balance. Ideal for beginners and a solid reset for anyone.

A full-body workout using standing and seated moves that target strength, control, and coordination.
Tower Pilates uses spring resistance on a mat base to build strength, control, and flexibility.
It blends the stability of mat work with the added challenge of springs. You’ll feel lengthened, supported, and strong.
A slower, focused flow that improves posture, joint mobility, and full-body connection. Perfect for detail lovers.
Learn the essentials and move with confidence. This beginner-friendly class builds core strength, flexibility, and body awareness while teaching safe Reformer technique at a steady, supportive pace.
A high-energy, low-impact cardio class using the jumpboard to build strength, agility, and endurance — all without leaving the Reformer. Get ready to jump, sweat, and feel the burn.
Perfect for active movers looking to take flight without stressing the joints.
This athletic Pilates class uses the Chair to target your core, balance, and strength with minimal rest and maximum focus. Expect spring resistance, controlled movement, and serious muscle engagement.
Ideal for experienced movers who want a dynamic, full-body challenge.
Ease in, stretch out, and feel better. This class starts with beginner-friendly Reformer work rooted in Contemporary Pilates, then flows into restorative stretching to release tension and improve mobility. Perfect for recovery, relaxation, or simply moving at a slower, more mindful pace.

Just grippy socks, sneakers, and a great attitude.
Grippy socks are required for Pilates, barre, and private sessions. Sneakers are needed for strength and fitness classes. Don’t forget your water bottle—we have a refill station in the front studio.
You can store personal items in the cubbies near the entrance.
Basic workout or athleisure attire is perfect. While there’s no official dress code, we do ask that you avoid clothing with zippers or hardware that could damage the equipment.
For Pilates and barre classes, grippy socks are required to help prevent slipping. If you don’t have a pair, we have some available for purchase at the studio.
For strength and fitness classes, please wear sneakers for safety and support.
Not at all. Everyone is welcome at TruFit, whether you're brand new to Pilates or have been practicing for years.
If you're unfamiliar with the Reformer, we suggest starting with a one-on-one session. It’s a great way to get comfortable with the equipment and ask any questions.
We're here to support you from your very first class.
We know starting something new can come with a lot of “what ifs.” That’s why we’ve gathered the questions we hear most often from new clients — so you can feel calm, clear, and confident before you even step into the studio. Still wondering about something? We’re always here to help.

Trufit has TRUly changed my body and confidence! All the instructors are so qualified and helpful in addition to being fun - there’s never a class without a good yap session. The mix between strength training & Pilates has really helped me achieve my fitness goals. I love the incorporation of HIIT classes with the new ownership as well, my favorite class offered at the studio is HIIT strength with Megan!

I moved to Phoenixville in December 2024 and joining TruFit was one of the best decisions I have made since moving here! I wanted to try Pilates since I knew that it was a low impact workout that was great for women of all ages and abilities. I started with Beginning Classical classes and worked my way up to a variety of classes as I progressed. Now I am going 5-6 days a week! Since establishing consistency with TruFit, my mental health has improved drastically. I finally feel like I have found a workout routine that I will stick to.
TruFit truly changed the way I view fitness. I’ve always been someone who’s dreaded workouts but powered through them anyway and never really stuck with anything. Taking classes at TruFit made me fall in love with healthy movement - it’s an environment that is so welcoming and they offer so many different kinds of classes. Pilates has become such a rewarding way to move my body & Katie and her team are the best support system in helping navigate it. Oh and if you want strength training as well, you're in luck, they have that too. 1000/10 recommend!
