MEGAN GILLESPIE

With years of experience in group fitness and training, Megan has always valued the power of movement—but after tearing her ACL, it took on even deeper meaning. She discovered TruFit during her recovery and instantly felt it was a place she could grow. Not originally from the area, she took a leap, rerooted her life, and now proudly calls TruFit home.

As owner, Megan is passionate about creating a welcoming, down to earth space where people feel supported, seen, and proud of what their bodies can do, because movement is about so much more than the workout. TruFit has been part of Phoenixville for over a decade, and Megan is focused on growing it and continuing its legacy with intention and heart.

Our Pilates classes blend classical foundations with contemporary flow, using Reformer, mat, tower, chair, and props to deliver a full-body experience. Expect intentional movement, core-focused training, and supportive instruction that meets you where you are. Whether you're new to Pilates or refining your practice, there's a class for you.

I moved to Phoenixville in December 2024 and joining TruFit was one of the best decisions I have made since moving here! I wanted to try Pilates since I knew that it was a low impact workout that was great for women of all ages and abilities.
